Who We Are
The NEPA Workforce Funder Collaborative was officially launched in 2026 by twelve founding funders and partner organizations. We are where Northeastern Pennsylvania’s investors come together to power workforce solutions. We bring philanthropic, corporate, and public funders together to coordinate resources, share learning, and invest in workforce improvements at a scale no single organization can achieve alone.

Our mission is to coordinate resources for a stronger, better connected workforce in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Our Vision
Our vision is a Northeastern Pennsylvania that grows stronger through inclusive collaboration and creates real pathways to family-sustaining wages, economic stability, and opportunity for all.
Our Focus
We focus our shared investment on four interconnected areas: Regional Alignment, Local Upskilling, Homegrown Talent, and Stability to Advance—because training, jobs, and the supports that make work possible must move together if the region is going to see lasting wage growth and improved job retention.
